Represented a listed company in the film and television industry in a third-party revocation action against a judgment of the Beijing High People's Court. The dispute involved an equity transfer valued at over USD 30 million, and the client secured a substantial first-instance win before the case entered the Supreme People's Court.

Represented a premier private equity institution in an equity transfer dispute against the founder of a new consumption enterprise, involving BAC arbitration and asset preservation before the Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People's Court, ultimately securing a settlement from a dominant position.

Represented an investment platform managed by a real estate fund with AUM exceeding RMB 100 billion in a commercial property dispute valued at over RMB 100 million, seeking eviction of a state-owned financial institution and occupation fees, and achieving the client's commercial objectives through settlement in the second instance.

Represented a NASDAQ-listed retail company in defending against a tort liability lawsuit filed by a consumer. Procedural and substantive objections during the pre-trial phase led to voluntary withdrawal and mitigation of reputational risk.
