On April 30, 2026, the China Commission of Arbitration for Sport (CCAS) officially launched its new arbitrator roster.
Mr. Xu Min, Partner at Tiger Partners, has been successfully selected into the new arbitrator roster of CCAS, owing to his solid legal expertise, extensive experience in dispute resolution, and in-depth dedication to the field of sports rule of law.


China Commission of Arbitration for Sport (CCAS) is an arbitration institution established in accordance with the law by the General Administration of Sport of China, specializing in settling disputes in the sports sector. The supplementary recruitment marks an important measure taken by CCAS to strengthen its professional workforce and advance the high-quality development of sports arbitration in the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan. It focuses on recruiting outstanding talents with sports management experience, professional athlete backgrounds or practical legal capabilities.

XU Min is a practicing lawyer in Mainland China. He specializes in acting as an advocate in domestic litigation and domestic and overseas arbitration and has extensive experience in providing legal advisory services to enterprises. XU Min has extensive experience in equity transaction, corporate governance, commercial contract review and dispute resolution and product liability for clients. His cases involve in industries of maritime affairs, banking and finance, private equity, shipping, goods trade, high technology, new media, film, television and entertainment, education, real estate and other areas.
Mr. Xu Min graduated from the School of Law, City University of Hong Kong, holding a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws degree. He is currently a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (F.CIArb), an Arbitrator of the China Commission of Arbitration for Sport, a member of the Culture, Tourism, Media and Sports Professional Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association, and a member of the Sports Law and Olympic Legal Affairs Research Association of the Beijing Law Society. He has also been selected into the roster of 100 High-end International Legal Talents by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice and the International Lawyers Talent Pool of the Beijing Lawyers Association. Prior to joining Tiger Partners Law Firm, Mr. Xu Min worked as a dispute resolution lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons and Fangda Partners.
